We stayed at Planet Hollywood, which I have decided I am a little too old for. Everyone was in their twenties ready to party on the top floor, and the pool was just too "sceney" for us. I felt more like a Mom than ever. We got to enjoy the pool a little, but it was so hot, even in the shade, and so I felt bad for Magnolia. Sarah and I ended up spending our days at the mall where it was nice and cool.
One night we met up with Tyler, Kim and Benton to eat dinner at Cafe Rio. Then we went over to a nice outdoor mall where the boys sat at a bar and watched the Laker game, and the girls shopped at H&M. Then we had yummy dessert at Claim Jumper!
I am not sure that this was the trip for me with a little baby, but it was nice to have a break from the real world for a few days, and I always love seeing Tyler and family. We even spent a night with him because the hotel was so expensive on the weekend.

ha ha. i love benton's mouthful of cream! we loved having sawyer over for a playdate. he was so funny with scarlett. he kept calling her "Bennett's baby" and he was very concerned about her the whole time. Where is Bennett's baby? What is Bennett's baby doing? Bennett's baby is crying. Hilarious.
First of all, you look super hot with your bangs! I know what you mean about "feeling like a mom" in places like that. I always just tell myself "yes, those people are having tons of fun, but is that REAL happiness?" Ha Ha, but seriously I know what you mean! Magnolia is so darling. I love to see her grow up a little. She looks so much like Sawyer, don't you think? Miss you and hope to see you soon. Maybe a gno soon??? xoox
